Stryker Sales Representative - Instruments, IVS & NSE in Katowice, Poland
What you will do:
Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory
Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability
Participating in public tenders
Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction
Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them
Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with existing customers
Leading the conclusion of contracts and overseeing the sales process
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, related to the company's operations, and the market
Developing and implementing special sales activities to optimize inventory
Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio
Assessing competitive threats and implementing proactive tactical actions
What you need:
Higher education
At least 2-3 years of experience working in an international company, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniques
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Intermediate English language skills
Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Interpersonal skills and building effective relationships
Results-oriented and highly motivated to achieve goals
Ability to translate plans into action
Strong self-motivation, ambition, and competitive spirit, while also being able to work in a team
Strong customer focus
Stress resistance
Mobility within the assigned area
Professional image, ethical conduct, and professional representation of the company in the market
Valid driver's license
