As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) , you will support the planning and execution of operational marketing activities for Region North, ensuring effective program delivery and strong alignment with commercial priorities. You will contribute to day‑to‑day sales support and customer engagement through well‑coordinated marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work hands‑on to coordinate events, manage suppliers, and support sales teams and B2B customers by developing materials.
The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA office in Katowice, Poland.
What you will do
As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) , your responsibilities will include:
Provide daily marketing support for the Region North sales team and B2B customers, including preparation of presentations and sales materials
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade fairs, customer events, andtrainings, ensuring strong brand presence and smoothon-siteoperations
Manage regional marketing tools such as thewebshopand POS materials, ensuringtimelyimplementation of promotions and campaigns
Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and service providers, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and quality
Plan andcoordinateregional social media content incooperation with agencies and internal stakeholders and ensurealignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Maintain the regional HubSpot database, execute newsletters and customer communications, and support lead management and campaign trackingthrough CRM tools
Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and regional colleagues, contributing to best practice sharing andcross marketalignment
Analyze and report key marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, event effectiveness, and CRM metrics, preparing regularperformancereports for stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or similar business-related discipline
3–5 years of operational marketing experience, preferably in automotive, energy, or industrial B2B environments
Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing events and trade fairs
Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively support sales activities
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Solid coordination skills with external suppliers and agencies
Strong analytical skills combined witha high levelof attention to detail
Fluent in Polish and Englishlanguage skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel up to 15%

In addition to our wide range of benefits, full-time employees can expect an attractive starting salary of PLN 121,300 p.a. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
