Job Title

Sr Mgr., Business Analyst

The Sr Mgr., Bus Systems is critical role responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of functional delivery for New Requests (NRs) across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with Business, BRM, PMO, EA, SA, and Functional teams to drive prioritization, scope definition, requirements translation, and delivery execution. The role ensures predictable, high‑quality delivery by aligning requirements, design, refinement, testing, demos, and release activities with PI and sprint milestones.

On a Typical Day you Will:

  • Facilitate planning of NRs, prioritizing them by working with business teams.

  • Engaging BRM/ PMO/EA team to work these NRs through Global intake process as necessary.

  • Serve as a liaison between Business and SAs teams to identify high level solutions, defining scope of NRs and then converting them into Functional Features/ USs in product backlog and hand it over to Functional team.

  • Work with Innovation and Planning team to identify scope of Dynamics 365 platform functional features to be evaluated based on prioritization given by business. Getting evaluations completed, providing demo to business teams & triage them into Features/ USs upon approvals.

  • Facilitating smooth delivery of all functional features to be ready based on PI/ Sprint key milestones. Considering X is current sprint, this includes ensuring all requirements gatherings happen on time for X+3 sprint, designs are completed for sprint X+2, and design walkthrough sessions of Features/ USs happen for X+1 sprint with technical teams for TDD drafting on a timely manner.

  • Create a clear view of planned vs committed once PI/ Sprint planning meeting is conducted across all workstreams and share with PMO team to be shared to a wider program audience.

  • Ensure to keep track of sprint functional Feature/USs that were committed at the start of the sprint vs ones that are demo-ed completed at the very of the sprint and align business and UAT tester team on the same.

  • Create a demo plan for sprint and plan / record all the demo sessions that should then be stored at a central place.

  • Get final version of Release Notes created by collating all the workstreams Features/ USs demoed and are being turned ON in production for Global and local features.

  • Help plan all functional PI’s/ Sprint’s Requirements/ Design/ Refinement/ Demo session and ensure that all functional deliverables across all workstreams are tracked and executed on time. This is necessary to avoid any delay in onward milestones, which impact the overall program schedule.

  • Work with business and help them create a test plan for all external programs (non-core enhancements) in alignment to PI/ sprint and program’s delivery milestones.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years in the IT industry with increasing responsibilities in the areas of Business Analysis, Functional and Technical Design to drive techno-functional conversations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform (Sales Module) is required.

  • Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops (ADO) tool is preferred.

  • Deep understanding and experience with the Scaled Agile Software Development Lifecycle

  • Experience leading Business Process Improvements, Requirements Gathering, and Functional Design activities

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with key stakeholders across multiple Functional Areas and Geographic Areas (International experience is preferred, but not required)

  • Ability to understand and drive key decisions related to Technical Solutions based on feasibility, cost/benefit analysis, and complexity

  • Strong Interpersonal skills in areas related to teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation

  • Strong Project Management skills in areas related to tracking project plans, managing resources, providing status updates, etc.

  • Highly organized and analytical

  • Experience working with Cloud-Based Solutions that require Data Migrations, System Integrations, APIs, External Reporting, and System Customizations
