Global Foundries Payroll Analyst in Karnataka, India

The role supports the payroll activities in conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Support payroll activities:

  • Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner

  • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies

  • Ensuring adherence to GF Global Policies & Procedures

  • Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc.

  • Address and resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Calculate and prepare general journal entries

  • Reconcile earnings and deduction totals

  • Review output registers and reports

  • Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements

  • Timely communication & coordination with various stakeholders

  • Supports Internal control

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance & Accounting

  • Prior experience within payroll 3-5 years

  • Good knowledge of payroll process & statutory requirements

  • Highly collaborative team player across various APAC countries and Global GF with ability to establish productive working relationships

  • You are detail oriented, organized, confidential and meticulous

  • Good understanding on payroll accounting and posting JE’s

  • Good understanding of monthly reconciliations

  • Good communication skills.
