Global Foundries Payroll Analyst in Karnataka, India
The role supports the payroll activities in conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Support payroll activities:
Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
Ensuring adherence to GF Global Policies & Procedures
Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc.
Address and resolve problems in a timely manner
Calculate and prepare general journal entries
Reconcile earnings and deduction totals
Review output registers and reports
Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements
Timely communication & coordination with various stakeholders
Supports Internal control
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance & Accounting
Prior experience within payroll 3-5 years
Good knowledge of payroll process & statutory requirements
Highly collaborative team player across various APAC countries and Global GF with ability to establish productive working relationships
You are detail oriented, organized, confidential and meticulous
Good understanding on payroll accounting and posting JE’s
Good understanding of monthly reconciliations
Good communication skills.
