Introduction:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultant to play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of maintenance solutions across manufacturing sites. This position supports GlobalFoundries’ ongoing digital transformation initiatives by ensuring robust, scalable, and standardized maintenance solutions that enable high asset availability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Your Job :
SAP PM / EAM Solution Design & Delivery
Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP PM implementations, including Fit-to-Standard, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases
Design and configure SAP PM / S/4HANA EAM processes covering:
Equipment and Functional Location hierarchies
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Maintenance plans (time-based, counter-based, strategy-based)
Notifications, work orders, and confirmations
Task lists, work centers, and capacity planning
Apply SAP S/4HANA EAM best practices to optimize asset performance and maintenance execution
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a trusted SAP PM subject matter expert (SME) for business users across manufacturing, facilities, and maintenance teams
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PM designs aligned with GlobalFoundries standards
Support workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with business and IT leadership
Integration & Data
Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces between SAP PM and other enterprise / factory systems (e.g., ERP, MES, procurement, inventory management)
Support data migration activities for PM master and transactional data (Equipment, FLOCs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Orders)
Ensure data consistency and compliance with enterprise data governance standards
Testing, Deployment & Support
Lead and execute SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities
Support hypercare and post–go-live stabilization, including defect resolution and continuous improvement
Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user training materials
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience
At least one full end-to-end SAP PM implementation experience (ECC or S/4HANA)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA EAM concepts and architecture
Experience working in global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
Exposure to semiconductor or hi-tech industries
Knowledge of modules like SAP PP and MM integration (spare parts, procurement, inventory)
Experience leveraging AI to automate day to day operations
