Abbott Customer Services Coordinator in Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary:

This role will facilitate administrative operations, including the issuance of Credit and Debit notes against customers claims as per policies and procedures that optimize distribution processes and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Manage processes for Credit notes, pertaining to FOC claims, Damage & Expiry claims at national level, Distributor & Vendor agreements including 3PP Process, Planning and Processing of customer orders.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Process Credit and Debit notes from customers including damage and expiry stock, complaints, and discounts.

  • Prepare and process Distributor orders based on monthly planned orders.

  • Raising MRR for In-bound shipment

  • Preparation of Ledger account and sharing it with concerned.

  • Close Coordination with Distributors/Customers.

  • Process distributors and service vendors' agreements through 3PP Process.

  • Prepare timely depletion letters for near-expiry products and update the concerns for depleting the products.

  • Validate Logistics and warehousing service provider bills through the approved rate list.

  • Managing product complaints and forwarding them to Quality Assurance department.

  • Provide support for control of supplies for Customer Services department and keep track of documents for audit purposes.

  • Managing relevant Standard operating procedure documents (SOPs)

  • Adhere to OEC Policies of the company.

  • Inventory Audit & Stock Reconciliations.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

  • Cross Functional coordination with departments like Finance, Demand Planning etc.

  • Bachelor preferably MBA

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Pharma / FMCG company in similar capacity

  • Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & experience of working on ERP system.

  • Good communication & Analytical skills.

  • Team Player.
