Kelly Services Imaging Specialist/Warehouse in Kapolei, Hawaii
At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Imaging Specialist/Warehouse to work for our client in Kapolei HI . If you’re looking for a hands-on, physically active role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (part- time )
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Duration: Long-term
Location: Kapolei HI
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning per client-specific instructions
Scan documents to electronic format using scanning hardware and third-party software
Re-assemble and maintain records in original order after scanning
Perform quality checks of scanned files; identify and correct errors
Enter data manually for validation and verification as needed
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Use pallet jacks, carts, and (if licensed) forklifts as required
Complete internal tracking forms and production documentation
Troubleshoot scanner and software issues, reporting concerns to management
Assist in training new team members
Adhere to all safety protocols, including daily maintenance checks and participation in drills
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment (service industry preferred)
Basic computer/PC skills; familiarity with scanning software is a plus
Strong communication skills; English proficiency is NOT required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Requirements
Routine lifting of 20–60 lbs.
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and overhead reaching
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Operate pallet jacks, carts, and (if qualified) forklifts
