Now Hiring: Clinic Receptionist I (Regional) – Mobile Medical Unit

Pay Rate: $25/hour

About the Position:

This newly created role is designed to support our client's expanding Mobile Medical Unit. The Clinic Receptionist will work alongside a provider, traveling throughout Kaua?i to deliver direct healthcare services in local communities. While based out of our Kapa?a clinic, you’ll perform traditional front-desk and patient service responsibilities in a dynamic, mobile setting.

Schedule:

  • Wednesday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

  • Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

  • Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

  • Plus: 4 administrative hours per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Additional hours may be available as needed based on clinic demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients to clinics and mobile units

  • Interview patients and collect required information

  • Input data into the computer system

  • Schedule appointments, diagnostics, procedures, and referrals

  • Maintain patient medical records and related files

  • Perform fiscal record-keeping and clerical services

  • Float to any clinic site as required; work on weekends and/or holidays as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of responsible typing, clerical, or related office work

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication with a service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to follow procedures, proofread, and operate office equipment

  • Understanding of English grammar, spelling, & basic math

  • Licensure: Valid State of Hawai?i driver’s license required

  • Flexibility: Ability to travel throughout the island and work in various community locations
