Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving challenging infrastructure problems. In this role, you will help ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical systems that support the organization’s daily operations.
This is a hands-on technical role where you will work with modern infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Citrix, and enterprise backup solutions . You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams while also serving as a senior escalation point for system issues .

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will help design, maintain, and optimize the organization’s server and infrastructure environment. Key responsibilities include:
Configure, administer, and optimize enterprise Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory including users, groups, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DHCP, DNS, delegation, and security auditing
Administer VMware vSphere infrastructure including virtual machine provisioning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
Provide advanced support and administration for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) identity lifecycle and access controls
Support and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments
Administer Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for secure application delivery and network access
Configure and manage SAN infrastructure
Maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments and certificate lifecycle management
Manage enterprise backup and recovery platforms including Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, ExaGrid, and Spectra Logic
Develop PowerShell automation for administrative tasks, reporting, and system management
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues with a focus on root cause analysis
Maintain documentation and support continuous system improvement initiatives
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise architecture
Serve as a senior escalation point during system incidents and outages
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field , or equivalent experience
6+ years of professional IT experience in enterprise environments
Advanced expertise with:
Windows Server
Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
VMware
Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Experience supporting enterprise production environments
Experience with SAN administration and configuration
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare technology environments
Experience with HPE Nimble / HPE Alletra storage platforms
Experience with Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, ExaGrid, or Spectra Logic
