Empower Teams: Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff to perform at their best—fostering accountability, growth, and teamwork.
Problem-Solve with Purpose: Respond swiftly to challenges, emergencies, and staffing needs to maintain safety and service excellence.
Drive Collaboration: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to advance quality initiatives and enhance the patient experience.
Uphold Standards: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring

License: Current Missouri RN license.
Certifications: Current BCLS certification.
Notary Requirement: Must hold or obtain a Missouri Notary License within three months of hire.
Experience:
At least five (5) years of nursing experience.
A minimum of two (2) years in a progressive hospital leadership role.
Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills. A calm, confident presence—even under pressure.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll join a team that values your leadership, respects your expertise, and shares your passion for patient care. Here, every shift is a chance to make a meaningful impact—on your patients, your colleagues, and your community.
We’re committed to supporting your growth and empowering you to lead with confidence and heart.
