Job Description

Join our team as a professional nurse leader overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinics. You’ll be the go-to expert for your service line and play a key role in ensuring top-notch patient care, team performance, and service excellence. From leading staff to improving processes, your leadership will make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Daily Operations : Plan, supervise, and monitor clinic activities to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery.

  • Manage and Develop Staff : Hire, onboard, coach, evaluate, and support staff. Step in when coverage is needed.

  • Be the Clinical Point Person : Serve as the main liaison for both internal teams and outside partners.

  • Drive Excellence in Care : Oversee quality, compliance, education, and performance for your service line.

  • Support Financial Health : Help manage budgets and financial performance.

  • Promote Growth : Support marketing efforts and help grow the service line’s reach and reputation.

  • Champion Improvement : Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure Compliance : Uphold safety and regulatory standards across all operations.

  • Be a Role Model : Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

  • Adapt and Grow : Stay flexible in a dynamic environment, and continuously develop your skills and leadership.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Education : BSN required; ADN with strong experience considered. Master’s preferred.

  • Licensure : Current Missouri RN license.

  • Experience : At least 1 year in a management role; 3 years in Behavioral Health preferred.
