Job Title: Vehicle Equipment Installer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Equipment Installer to join our team. This role involves installing cabinets, drawers, ladder racks, and other equipment into a variety of vehicles, primarily Ford models such as F-150, and Mavericks. You will utilize several power tools to complete assembly builds, with all necessary tools provided by the company.
Responsibilities
Install cabinets, drawers, ladder racks, and other equipment in vehicles.
Utilize power tools to complete assembly builds.
Ensure precise installation with great attention to detail.
Work in various physical positions, which may include bending and lifting.
Maintain a positive attitude and consistent attendance.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Experience in assembly and upfitting processes.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: Safety Glasses, Steel Toe shoes, and Ear Plugs.
Wear Jeans or work material pants for safety.

Work Environment
The work environment includes two climate-controlled and clean facilities, one located in Subtropolis. You will work alongside a team of approximately 10-20 individuals per line, with 1-3 individuals at a given station. The company provides all necessary tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
