Job Description
Candidates will work in the lumber yard and two fabrication shops on site, performing various duties such as loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, assembling skids, prepping for shipments, and moving materials. They will also operate hand and power tools to assemble and cut materials to length. The work environment includes both outdoor and indoor settings, with temperatures varying from hot in the summers to cold in the winters.
Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks in the lumber yard and fabrication shops.
Operate forklifts efficiently and safely.
Assemble skids and prepare them for shipment.
Move materials around the site as needed.
Operate hand and power tools to cut materials to specified lengths.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction and general labor.
Proficiency in assembly and blueprint reading and interpretation.
Forklift operation skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Competence in using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred experience in construction labor.
Experience building houses or assisting carpenters.
Forklift operation is highly recommended for effectiveness in this role.

Work Environment
Work in the yard part of the time, as well as in two fabrication shops assembling skids for shipment. Use power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and tape measures. The environment can be hot during summers and cold in winters. The work schedule is 8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch, specifically from 3pm to 11pm, which is the second shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
