Job Title: Diesel Technician Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain a diverse range of diesel vehicles at our plant. You will have the opportunity to work with brands such as Hyster-Yale, Hyundai, Komatsu, and International, and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain various diesel vehicles across the plant.
Enter and manage data on the computer.
Work with parts and track inventory effectively.
Prioritize tasks to ensure production remains the primary focus.
Fabricate necessary forms and structures.
Collaborate with a variety of vendors to maintain cost-effective operations.
Work closely with team members to achieve plant goals.
Essential Skills
Mechanical and diesel engine expertise.
Experience with engine and diesel repair and maintenance.
Proficient in welding and fabrication.
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Computer operation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of managerial experience.
Supervisory and management skills.
Forklift and concrete construction experience.
Military maintenance experience.

Work Environment
Work in a precast concrete facility, spending time outdoors. The role averages 50 hours per week, starting between 6am-7am until finish, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of overtime on weekends as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
