We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained for guests and staff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
- Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
- Inspect rooms and public areas for repair needs
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and hotel policies
- Assist with minor renovations and projects as needed
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
