We are looking for a friendly and dependable Gift Shop Associate to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining an inviting store environment, and assisting guests with purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and helpful manner
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain organized displays
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing
- Answer customer questions about products
- Assist with inventory and receiving merchandise
- Promote featured items and upsell when appropriate
Qualifications
