KANE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Cosmetology Program: Cosmetology Instructor Assistant in KANAB, Utah
District Cosmetology Program - Cosmetology School Instructor, part time, up to 27 hours per week. Duties include assisting students, classroom engagement.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience. No benefits.
Must be a reliable and organized individual to join our cosmetology school team. This role supports daily school operations, teaching necessary skills to be able to do any service in the cosmetology spectrum, assisting and checking students with their clients, grading students' homework, submitting grades, placing product orders, and helping maintain a professional learning environment.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Provide customer service to students, clients, and visitors
- Help schedule appointments and manage front desk tasks
- Assist with student check-in and administrative paperwork
- Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards
Schedule
- Schedule may include weekdays and occasional evenings
- School is open Monday-Thursday 8:00-6:00 and on A-day Fridays 8:00-1:00
- If you aren't able to do all those times and are only free at certain times, we would still love for you to apply and see if we have a perfect spot for you, even if it's in the 5-10 hour range
- High demand for 3:00-6:00 pm shifts, so even if that's all you want or can do, we would love to hear from you
