Spray Foam Insulation InstallersA locally owned construction company is a trusted provider of drywall and general contracting services throughout the Flathead Valley and is hiring Spray Foam Insulation Installers to join their team. With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, they specialize in drywall installation, finishing, and repair, while also supporting a variety of residential and light commercial construction projects.This position is responsible for applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial construction projects. Experience is preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and interest in the trades.Starting Wage: $20 to $23/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday through FridayEssential Functions and Duties:Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, and structures following project specificationsPrepare and secure job sites, including masking, covering surfaces, and ensuring ventilationSafely operate, maintain, and clean spray foam equipment and toolsMeasure and mix materials to ensure proper application and qualityFollow all safety procedures, including PPE use and chemical handlingInspect completed work for quality and specification complianceCoordinate with team members and supervisors to keep projects on scheduleQualifications:Construction or insulation experience preferred, but not required; willing to learn spray foam techniques and equipmentAble to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipCapable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasksValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Spray foam insulation application experienceFamiliarity with construction site safety practicesOSHA certification or equivalent safety trainingGet in touch!
