What You’ll Do
Develop and implement advanced, individualized treatment plans for medically complex patients
Perform comprehensive evaluations across physical, cognitive, and communication domains
Utilize instrumental assessments and specialty techniques (based on certification and experience)
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for team members
Lead and participate in interdisciplinary care coordination, especially for complex cases
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
What You’ll Bring
Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Advanced certification in one of the following:
BCS-S
FEES
MBSImP
VFSS
Proven ability to independently manage high-acuity and medically complex cases
BLS (RQI Provider) within 7 days of hire (or prior to independent patient care)

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
