This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. If you thrive in physically active work and can maintain a consistent pace, this is an opportunity to grow with a performance-driven team.Key Responsibilities- Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems- Load and stage products for delivery- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)- Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse- Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals- Assist with occasional customer loading as neededPhysical Requirements- Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly- Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750cases per shift during pear)- Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors- Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environmentQualifications- Strong attendance and reliability- Ability to work independently and within a team- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems- Basic experience using smartphones or mobile appsPreferred:- Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks- Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse softwareWork Environment & Benefits- Safety-focused workplace (high-visibility gear provided)- Safety-toe shoe reimbursement ($100/year)- Team-oriented culture- Advancement opportunities for top performersQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
