What You Bring
Required
Current Montana RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in Montana)
BSN required (Master’s preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
3+ years of leadership experience
2+ years of recent Critical Care experience
Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification (ACLS preferred/required for ICU)
Preferred
Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN)
Experience leading in a high-acuity or ICU setting
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards

Drive Clinical Excellence
Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical operations within the ICU
Champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Lead performance improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning
Operational Leadership
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Monitor productivity and support fiscal responsibility
Partner across departments to ensure seamless, coordinated care
Build a Thriving Culture
Promote employee engagement, retention, and growth
Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and team development

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
