What You Bring

Required

  • Current Montana RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in Montana)

  • BSN required (Master’s preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field)

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

  • 2+ years of recent Critical Care experience

  • Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification (ACLS preferred/required for ICU)

    Preferred

  • Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN)

  • Experience leading in a high-acuity or ICU setting

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards

  • Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical operations within the ICU

    Operational Leadership

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • Monitor productivity and support fiscal responsibility

  • Partner across departments to ensure seamless, coordinated care

  • Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and team development

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
