The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others understand and make the most of today’s internet and entertainment options.Starting Wage: $23/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Part-time, estimated 20 hours/weekEssential Functions and Duties:Serve as the primary on-site representative within the community, building relationships with residents and staffEngage residents through outreach efforts, including door-to-door visits, events, and product demonstrationsAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate internet plans and streaming solutionsProvide in-home support with setting up devices, apps, and streaming services, along with basic user trainingHost workshops and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and ease of useTrack sales activity, manage CRM updates, and complete administrative tasks while meeting sales goalsQualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, approachable, and empathetic demeanor and the ability to explain technology in clear, simple termsExperience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based services preferredSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in sales or customer service (telecom, senior services, or tech support preferred)Bilingual in English and Spanish a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportationFlexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekendsGet in touch!
