They’re looking for a Construction & Grading Foreman to join their amazing team.Why You Want This Job:Competitive Starting Salary: $80K, depending on experience80% to 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and profit sharing 401(k) planPaid continuing education and training Paid time off for bereavement leaveAccess to a free Employee Assistance Program for counseling servicesA team that supports each other and celebrates your success!Essential Functions and Duties:Lead and oversee daily operations for excavation, grading, and underground utility crewsCoordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standardsOperate heavy equipment as needed, including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, and rollersRead and interpret construction drawings, set grades using lasers or GPS, and ensure accurate site workEnforce job site safety standards and maintain clear communication with project managers, inspectors, and crew membersTrain and mentor crew members, monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and assist with site cleanup and equipment maintenanceQualifications:5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, including utilities, grading, or site work3+ years of leadership experience as a foreman or crew leadProficient in operating a wide range of heavy equipment and reading blueprints to set grades independentlyStrong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a focus on safety and complianceValid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain, with willingness to travel and work extended hoursFamiliarity with Topcon GPS, light mechanical skills, and ability to work year-round with seasonal variationsGet in touch!
