Bookkeeper / ReceptionistTemporary AssignmentA real estate investment and property management firm based in the Flathead Valley that develops and manages residential and commercial properties is seeking a Bookkeeper/Receptionist. Known for a hands-on approach and attention to detail, the team focuses on enhancing property value while delivering reliable service across a diverse portfolio.They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations for 3 to 4 months. This role is responsible for both Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, as well as general administrative and customer-facing support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy.Why You Want This Position:Competitive starting wage: $25 to $30/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday - 20 to 25 hours per weekShort-term Assignment - 3 to 4 monthsEssential Functions and Duties:Provide administrative support, including customer service, phone/email management, and mail handlingManage rent billing, collections, and payment processingOversee accounts payable, including vendor invoices, loan payments, and recurring expensesReconcile bank accounts and resolve transaction discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records across multiple entities, including tracking income and expensesPrepare financial reports and assist with month-end/year-end closing and auditsQualifications:2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of both Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableExperience with multiple entities or property management accounting is a plusProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesGet in touch!
