Team members enjoy a dynamic, collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged—making it an exciting place to build a meaningful career.Why You Want This Position:Starting Wage: $17 to $19/hour, depending on experience Shift: Monday through Thursday - 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with overtime available on Fridays) Benefits for long-term employees include 401(k) with company match, ACA health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, Thursday donuts, Temp Employee of the Month, flu vaccines, and performance goals celebrations Work in high tech manufacturing with opportunities to grow or work more hours, as you needEssential Functions & Duties:Read basic electro-mechanical diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams and drawings Apply basic electro-mechanical assembly skills to construct electro-mechanical and pneumatic subassemblies and components Perform simple wiring, soldering and/or calibration tasks Complete detail finish work and properly package for transport Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss or injuryQualifications:Ability to work flexible hours Experience with electrical wiring preferred but not required!
