Xylem Senior Field Service Technician in Kalgoorlie, Australia

Xylem is looking for a Field Service Technician to join the Service and Rental team in Kalgoorlie.
The Field Service Technician will perform routine field services and repairs on Xylem products, with a focus on Godwin diesel pump sets. Holding a mechanical trade qualification ( Trade Qualification as a Diesel Mechanic), you like to troubleshoot, are solutions-focused, can operate in a safety-first manner, and provide exceptional Customer support.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on Xylem equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.
Install, test, and maintain pumps and systems to meet operational standards before dispatch.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, offering expert advice and service feedback.
Disassemble, clean, assess, and rebuild systems to restore full functionality.
MR and forklift license (highly desirable)
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Ability to travel throughout the Goldfields region – Filed Service Technician.
Skills and Experience:
Trade Qualification as a Diesel Mechanic
Prior Experience working in a Workshop environment.
Good attention to detail, excellent problem solving and time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers.
