Supervisor - Emergency Mental Health and Access (LMSW, LPC, LLP)

Full Time, Evening Shift Starting Salary: $75,795/yr, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for shift differential pay

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a full-time (40hrs/wk) Supervisor of Programs with our Emergency Mental Health and Access Supervisor.

What You Will Be Doing Working as an Emergency Mental Health and Access Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the assigned staff in the emergency mental health department providing services to adult consumers. You will work to provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of clinicians meeting with individuals and families to provide emergent mental health interventions and services. You will review service authorization decisions, utilizing defined criteria, to ensure that consumers are receiving the right combination of services to meet their needs and achieve identified outcomes including both same day access and emergency mental health services. In this position, you may assist with client assessment of mental health and/or substance use treatment needs, diagnosing and documenting in client case records accordingly. You will assist in providing supervision and coverage for 24-hour services, both as a clinical supervisor and providing support and coordination to community agencies as needed. This role includes working during variable shifts, including evenings. You will also attend meetings within the agency and with other stakeholders to ensure quality of care. This full-time position is during the evening shift, with shifts running from either 12pm - 10pm, or from 11am - 9pm 4 days per week or 1pm to 9pm 5 days per week
