Position Summary: Manages and is accountable for the project management, contract performance, and internal interface of assigned Parker projects. Manages development projects of moderate complexity and scope, capital projects, or portions of projects/programs. Serves as the focal point to all stakeholders, both internal and external, for the project(s). Project scope is generally evaluated based on non-recurring engineering (NRE) cost of the project(s). Scope/Supervision and Interaction: _ Has Direct Reports _X Does Not Have Direct Reports May serve as an individual contributor for a project and/or have primary responsibility for a matrix team (typically less than 40 FTE from varying cross-functional areas) and may have limited direct reports. Typically reports into a Program Manager and/or Business Team Leader. Maintains regular interaction with the customer as the point of contact for status and is the focal point for internal teams. Responsibilities: Ensures customer requirements are met and are in the best interests of Parker by creating the program charter, baseline plan, and other program management components. Ensures that the cost basis and/or pricing is correct by evaluating resource requirements, and performing risk analysis. As described by AGS PRM-01 (Program Management Policy).
