GENERAL SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to oversee daily custodial operations for the organization. Schedules and works with subordinate staff to ensure work is completed in a timely and safe manner. Conducts performance reviews, grievance procedures, and necessary disciplinary actions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises the work of assigned personnel including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Sets daily priorities for custodial employees; verifies work is completed in compliance with departmental standards.
- Tracks and submits orders for supplies and repair requests for equipment.
- Participates in meetings with departmental management; provides recommendations and makes requests.
- Performs related work as required.
