ISK as our Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator.
What You Will Be Doing Working as the Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator, you will support the ISK Corporate Compliance Officer in implementing ISK's Corporate Compliance and Risk Management Programs. You will assist with auditing and monitoring activities, policy updates, and ongoing compliance oversight. You will help analyze data, prepare reports, and provide training and guidance to staff and providers on compliance expectations. You will participate in investigations and reviews, assist with required state and federal reporting, and support agency readiness for regulatory and accreditation audits. In this collaborative role, you will work across departments and with external partners to ensure documentation, service delivery, and organizational practices meet regulatory, ethical, and quality standards.
What We Require
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in a related field and professional licensure strongly preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years professional work experience in complex, comprehensive service delivery systems
- Knowledge of principles and techniques of compliance, risk management, and continuous quality improvement

``` - Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and present information in verbal and written reports - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating extreme eye for detail - Lived experiences with behavioral health issues are desired - Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and e-mail. - Valid Michigan Motor Vehicle Operator's license required.
