Kelly Services is Hiring: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kailua, HI 96734
Schedule: Tues-Sat, 9:30am–6pm
Pay: $20/hr
Position Overview:
Join our team supporting Ka Malanai as a Maintenance Technician! You’ll perform daily upkeep and repairs for our client’s residential property, ensuring a safe and well-maintained community.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine maintenance & repairs (electrical, plumbing, irrigation, gates, lighting, etc.)
Emergency response for property repairs and resident needs
Upkeep of walkways, stairways, trash rooms, and common areas
Inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor building systems
Assist with contractors & deliveries
Report and document all work, safety concerns, and maintenance needs
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
1+ year of maintenance or construction experience preferred
Basic knowledge of repair trades and safe equipment use
Good organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work both independently and as a team
Physical ability to walk property and do minor lifting (up to 50 lbs)
