Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Kabirwala
Role Purpose
Ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment and utilities by leading preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. Drive asset reliability, minimize breakdowns, and support operational performance through TPM.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages
Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance
Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores
Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance
Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors
Requirements
B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related)
1-3 years maintenance experience (food/FMCG preferred)
Experience in TPM/Preventive Maintenance systems
Team supervision experience
Basic project and budget management knowledge
