①充填器具などの洗浄、滅菌、乾燥、材料の秤量滅菌など

②薬剤の調製、充填、シリンジの洗浄滅菌など

③製剤充填（シリンジ、バイアル）および製品の組立品確認

④環境調査、工程管理業務

など、５つのファンクションユニットで業務をおこなっており、このいづれかのファンクションにて勤務頂く。全てにおいて無菌室（グレードA/B/C）での作業を伴う。

生産サイクル・勤務体系（変形労働時間制）

現在、年2回（各回約1ヵ月半）のシャットダウン期間（設備メンテナンス等）を除き、週7日サイクルで生産を行っており、土日祝日を含む変形労働時間制による勤務となります。夜勤や遅出のシフトはありませんが、生産計画によっては22時を超える深夜残業が発生する場合があります。土日祝日に相当する休日分は１ヵ月の中で取得できるよう勤務計画が組まれます。なお、本勤務体系は現時点での運用内容であり、将来的な生産体制や設備状況の変化に応じて、見直される可能性があります。

望ましい実務経験・スキル

  • 無菌室作業経験

  • GMP業務経験

■応募要件

＜学歴＞高卒以上（高専・大卒以上が望ましい）

＜職務経験＞（すべて必須）

・製造現場でのオペレーション業務の経験を有すること

・以下いずれかの経験を有すること

　＊無菌室（グレードA/B/C 等）での作業経験

　＊GMP またはそれに準ずる品質管理基準のもとでの作業経験（例：医薬品、医療機器、化粧品 等の製造・品質関連業務）

　＊クリーンルームでの作業経験

　＊アイソレータを用いた作業経験

・基本的なPC操作（Word、Excel等）による入力作業ができること

・医薬品生産に携わる立場として、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方

・製造設備の機械操作や、定められた手順に基づく作業に抵抗がない方

・新しい知識・技術を意欲的に学び、主体的に業務へ取り組める方

・協調性があり、チームワークを大切にできる方

・クリーンルーム内での立ち作業、装備着用での作業、一定時間の連続作業など、体力的な負荷を伴う業務に継続的に対応できる方
