Actalent Project Manager in Jupiter, Florida

Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

The Project Manager will manage projects from early estimating and pre-construction support through installation and closeout. This role involves supporting pricing, scope development, coordination, and transitions into full execution ownership, client communication, and administrative oversight. Due to each client's unique standards, compliance requirements, and expectations, this is a highly visible role requiring strong organization, communication, and construction expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with early project estimating and quoting based on initial client inputs such as site size, location, and scope.

  • Support the development and revision of project quotes as additional information is provided.

  • Coordinate the creation of construction plans up to approximately 90% completion prior to execution.

  • Manage projects from contract award through installation and completion.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.

  • Assist with permitting, contractor coordination, and site readiness.

  • Track manufacturing, delivery schedules, and installation milestones.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.

  • Manage differing client standards, documentation requirements, and reporting expectations.

  • Utilize Procore for project scheduling, manufacturing and delivery coordination, and document control/tracking.

  • Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and status updates.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.

  • Proven ability to manage 15-20 active projects from pre-construction through completion.

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with pre-cast concrete, critical infrastructure, data centers, military, or power utility projects.

  • Familiarity with high-security or regulated environments.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and jurisdictions.

  • Proficiency in Procore for project scheduling and document control.

Work Environment

The position is office-based, full-time, with some travel required. The department is Engineering, and the role reports to the Director of Operations and Quality Assurance. Employees will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects protecting critical national infrastructure and be involved early in projects, not just execution. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $72.11/hr.
