Insight Global Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Application Analyst in Jupiter, Florida

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Application Analyst to support and optimize its inpatient billing applications in a permanent FTE role. This position is focused on application build, workflow analysis, testing, and ongoing support within Epic Resolute HB.

The analyst will partner closely with billing operations, revenue cycle leadership, and IT teams to ensure billing workflows are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs. This role is ideal for a developing Epic HB professional who wants long‑term growth, stability, and ownership of a core revenue cycle application in a hospital environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience working with inpatient hospital billing systems

 • Strong understanding of hospital billing operations and revenue cycle workflows

 • Hands‑on exposure to Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) (build, support, or optimization)

 • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions

 • Experience supporting testing, upgrades, and optimization activities

 • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with operational and technical teams • Epic Resolute HB certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months)

 • Experience with Real‑Time Eligibility (RTE) or willingness to certify

 • Prior Epic implementation or go‑live experience

 • Experience supporting billing integrations with downstream systems

 • Familiarity with change control, documentation, and incident tracking processes
