Insight Global Epic OpTime Analyst in Jupiter, Florida

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Epic OpTime Analyst to configure, support, and optimize perioperative applications in a permanent FTE role. This position focuses on OpTime and Anesthesia build, workflow analysis, testing, and ongoing support for OR, anesthesia, and procedural teams.

The analyst will partner closely with perioperative leadership, anesthesia providers, nursing, and IT teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient surgical workflows. This role is ideal for a developing Epic OpTime professional who wants long‑term growth, ownership of perioperative build, and exposure to complex, high‑impact clinical environments.

Skills and Requirements

Experience supporting OR and/or Anesthesia information systems

Hands‑on exposure to Epic OpTime and/or Epic Anesthesia (build, support, or optimization)

Strong understanding of perioperative workflows, including:

OR scheduling and case requests

Anesthesia workflows and documentation

Sedation and perfusion processes

Familiarity with preference cards, case carts, and materials management workflows

Understanding of OR integrations with:

Scheduling

Lab

Radiology / PACS

Billing

Inpatient workflows

Experience supporting testing, upgrades, and optimization activities Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months)

Clinical background as an RN, Surgical Tech, or Anesthesia Tech

Knowledge of AORN standards and Joint Commission requirements

Prior Epic implementation or go‑live experience

Experience supporting anesthesia device integrations

Familiarity with speech recognition or dictation system integrations
