CompuCom Tech Cafe Support in Juno Beach, Florida

Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Tech Café to join their team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This is a "walk up" helpdesk support role where users will bring their machines to the technician for immediate service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer, software, and network related issues

  • Provide End-User level II support to on site and remote users for computer systems and various first and third-party apps

  • Provision remote and administrative access, group memberships, bit locker recovery key, password reset in Active Directory

  • Provide hardware, software and network support for mobile devices such as phones and tablets on iOS and Android platform

  • Troubleshoot complex account lockout issues by utilizing Qradar and Microsoft Account Lockout and Management Tools

  • Provide support, and escalate tickets to appropriate team

  • Identify, document, and communicate new technical issues and their resolution to the team and upper management

  • Collaborate with various groups to document, create, and publish knowledge base articles to be used across the organization

  • Maintain inventory and track equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of support experience

  • Must be personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT

  • Ability to communicate highly technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Strong Interpersonal savvy

  • Good troubleshooting methodology

  • Time management skills

Wage Range :

The rate for this position is between $19.50 - $26.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
