Robert Half Project Manager in Juno Beach, Florida
Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in change management to lead critical operational initiatives. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this role focuses on driving adoption of innovative tools and strategies across storm mission programs, field operations, and advanced technology platforms. This is a Long-term Contract position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for storm mission programs and technology deployments.
• Collaborate with emergency preparedness teams, field leadership, and operational stakeholders to align project milestones with readiness goals.
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows, ensuring seamless integration across field crews, logistics teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training materials, operational playbooks, and documentation to support storm-season readiness.
• Lead change initiatives for AI-enabled programs, translating complex technological advancements into actionable adoption plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, and resistance management using structured methodologies such as Prosci.
• Provide coaching and leadership to teams and executives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience during organizational transitions.
• Support Agile delivery environments by ensuring change strategies align with iterative project frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Build internal capability for sustained organizational change through training and development programs. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in change management for large-scale operational or technology-focused projects.
• Prosci certification is required; additional certifications such as PMP or Agile are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in utility, energy, or emergency operations environments.
• Strong skills in logistics, Agile methodologies, and managing large-scale events.
• Proficiency in developing and executing structured change plans, including ADKAR models and AI adoption strategies.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication abilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives in Agile delivery settings.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and teams through complex organizational transitions.
