Job Title: Early-Stage Solar Project Management Consultant (PMC)Job Description

Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned solar projects, collaborating with the Regional Lead to manage projects through the early stages, including screening, diligencing, and early-stage pipeline preparation for transition to late-stage project management.
Manage all aspects of assigned solar projects to ensure technical feasibility, schedule appropriateness, commercial support, and financial viability.
Analyze technical and financial data to identify notable variables, indicators, and trends related to solar projects.
Create, manage, and take ownership of the capital budget for assigned solar projects.
Provide development and permitting support, coordinate with subject matter experts, facilitate engineering, engage in problem resolution, and support capital budget activities through approvals.
Develop a viable construction plan and schedule, support negotiations, execute commercial contracts, and explore optimization opportunities.
Utilize various software applications to manage project activities, critical data, and deliverables.
Communicate and interface with executive leadership with the support of the Regional Lead.
Perform any additional daily tasks required by the Regional Lead to maintain overall group organization, data deliverables, team readiness, and project viability.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
Highly organized with a proactive attitude
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Capable of working independently with limited direction
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong financial and data analysis skills
Mechanical awareness and interest in technical variables
Experience in construction, energy industry, and/or solar is a plus
Strong interest in career growth within the project management path

This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
