TriMas Corporation Assembly Technical Coordinator Jr. in Jundiai, Brazil
Position Summary:
Execute and optimize manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly processes for dispensing, and closure systems in the packaging industry, preferred experience in companies as Olan de Mexico, Silgan dispensing systems.
Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure continuous, high-quality production. Design and homologate new assembly lines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust assembly equipment and tooling for production runs.
Perform changeovers and fine-tuning of assembly machines to meet product specifications.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical issues in assembly lines.
Perform quality checks during and after assembly to ensure product compliance.
Monitor process performance and suggest improvements to stabilize and optimize production.
Support preventive maintenance activities on assembly equipment.
Document process settings, equipment changes, and troubleshooting actions.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Automation, and Quality teams to solve production problems.
Train and assist operators on equipment setup and safe work practices.
Follow safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP if applicable).
Homologate new assembly lines and create the properly parameters.
Responsible for FAT for new assembly lines.
