Opportunity Overview
Need a SEG admin for SEG daily operation activities in Taiwan
Take care of SEG group activities administrative work
Take care of SEGdemo room management activities.
Take care of SEG training activities.
Take care of SEG dept. meeting, finance, and personnel data.
Supporting other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Ad-hoc requests addressed from the management team when needs.

Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years professional experience in related work
Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Advanced skills in the use of personal computer and related software
Oracle MRP experience desirable
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Great attention to details
Candidate must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
