Job Title: Filler Operator
Job Description
As a Filler Operator, you will perform assembly, inspection, labeling, and packaging operations within a clean room environment. You are expected to follow approved work instructions and maintain compliance with gowning and white room behavior protocols. The role requires accurate recording of production data and verification of lot numbers, traceability information, and labeling accuracy.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly, inspection, labeling, and packaging operations within the white room environment.
Follow approved work instructions and travelers.
Maintain compliance with gowning and white room behavior protocols.
Record production data accurately.
Verify lot numbers, traceability information, and labeling accuracy.
Perform in-process inspections and escalate quality concerns immediately.
Support line clearance and product changeover activities.
Maintain cleanliness and environmental control standards.
Assist in training new operators on white room procedures and documentation practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
Assist with inventory reconciliation of controlled materials.
Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience operating Filler machines is preferred.
Experience in cleanroom, assembly, and medical device operations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in controlled environment operations or regulated production- GMP or cleanroom environment.
Experience in cleanroom environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
