Wage - $22.20 per hour
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: Responsible for performing a variety of routine accounting duties, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
Operate electronic data processing equipment.
Administration of the TABE, Pre-GED; interpret test results and enter testing data in to the computersystem.
Perform input and make adjustments necessary to ensure student schedules are prepared for eachtraining week.
Assist in performing tests on data equipment when error conditions occur to determine the source ofmalfunction.
Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of deliveryof services to students. Prepare related reports.
Prepare local CIS reports for distribution to appropriate departments; maintain schedules, rosters, andaccountability.
Provide form control functions including revising/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reorderingforms as needed.
Ensure submission of weekly course completions; post required stop dates in appropriate CIS screens.
Understand and comply with government and company requirements; report any noncomplianceconcerning student schedules and progress history to the director of designated school and deputycenter director.
Ensure that office is clean and attractive at all times; maintain required records.
Ensure student information and testing materials are secured to ensure integrity of program.
Administer follow up systems and verify accuracy of center reports.
Support CDSS by implementing and participating in activities and programs as described in the center’sCDSS plan or as assigned.
Maintain a safe and clean work area that models high standards for a work environment.
Provide positive, quality customer services to students, staff and other center customers.
Participate in student employability programs and activities.
Support, promote, and enforce the Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy.
Promote the development of Career Success Standards by modeling appropriate behaviors, mentoringstudents where necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions.
Maintain accountability of students and property; adhere to safety practices.
Cultivate and maintain a climate on center which is free of harassment, intimidation and disrespect toprovide a safe place for staff and students to work and learn.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and one year clerical experience.
Associate's degree in business or relatedfield preferred.
Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computerproficiency required.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
