Job Description
The Supply and Services Manager will establish, operate, and manage Installation Supply Support Services for local units, tenants, and other DoD activities at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington, in accordance with AR 5-9 Area Support Responsibilities, applicable DoD policies, and directives. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of documented management experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions. The successful candidate will ensure security and conscientious inventory management of actual property, serve as a liaison for GCSS-A customer support, and provide critical guidance and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversees personnel who provide supply support services operations to include the Central Issue Facility (CIF), Consolidated Installation Property Book Office (CIPBO), Individual Chemical Equipment Management Program (ICEMP), Warehouse Operations, retail supply services (Tactical Supply Support Activity (SSA) Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, and IX), HAZMAT supply and services, and stock readiness program (SRP).
Provides core Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) services. These services include, but are not limited to, requirements determination, requisitioning (to include Special Measurement ordering on DD Form 358 or DD Form 1111), receipt, storage, and kitting of like items, issue, turn-in, E-Order fittings, lateral transfers, hand receipts, temporary loans, maintain active and inactive files, direct exchange services to individuals, shipping of excess items as directed by TACOM, inventories, process adjustment documents, and use of ISM (Installation Support Module) for accountability and reporting.
Provides new OCIE Fielding Support services to include warehousing, conducting or assisting Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier in issuing new OCIE directly to individuals or in bulk to units, uploading Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI) issues and turn-ins in ISM and maintaining hand receipt records.
Conducts location surveys, special, cyclic and annual inventories.
Operates and maintains the chemical defense equipment warehouse and automated Mobility Inventory Control Accountability System (MICAS).
Provides all required retail supply services (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, and IX). These services include maintaining signature cards, requisitioning, receiving, processing, supply discrepancy reports (SDR’s), issue, re-distribute, retrograde, care of supplies in storage (COSIS), stock readiness, processing Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS), withdrawals, processing warehouse denials, turn-ins, complying with the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and operating the supply LIS for supply management and reporting.
Maintains a Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HMSO) Supply and Storage Facility in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2 AR 735-5. Additionally, provide technical assistance and management support for continual Hazardous Material Supply Operations throughout at the HAZMAT.
Must perform managerial duties typical of this position, including overseeing and enforcing safety policies and procedures and ensuring proper use of PPE.
Additional PPE purchases maybe required.

Qualifications
5 years of documented experience Property Book administration/operations.
Must be knowledgeable of AR (Army Regulation) 710-2, AR 735-5, and Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-2.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card within 60 days of employment.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
3 years of documented experience at the Manager/Supervisor level in a Military Central Issue Facility
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics
Experience using ISM (Installation Support Module)
Pay Range
$90,000- $98,000.00
