Unlimited Care is currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill:

1. Portage - Mon - Fri 4:30p-7:30p
2. Portage - Wed-Fri 11a - 4p
3. Hastings - Mon & Fri 7a -8p or Sat & Sun 8a-8p
4. South Fork - Mon - Fri 9a-2p
5. Richland & Johnstown - various available hours

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP):

1. Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and specialized care in daily living, social, and recreational activities.
2. Provide support and assistance to foster independence of individuals.
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals.
4. Assist and encourage individuals to engage in various activities in the home and community.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP):

1. Have reliable personal transportation.
2. 1-year experience with providing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
3. Able to provide a full range of Personal Care services including, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, and mobility assistance.
4. Compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable.
5. Must have Valid Driver's License and vehicle to transport individual.
