ManpowerGroup Warehouse Operator in Johnson City, Tennessee
Our client, a leader in distribution and warehousing services, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Johnson City, TN
Pay Range: $17.5
Shift: 1st shift 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Prepare, package, and palletize outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and safety
Load and unload packages using proper equipment and safety procedures
Process returns and document all returned products according to company guidelines
Maintain organized storage of products and report inventory discrepancies
What's Needed?
Experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving within a distribution environment
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate math skills for calculating figures and proportions
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scanners, and safety protocols
