Responsibilities/Duties: - Oversees everyday equipment operations and production process- Trains employees proper use of equipment- Installation and removal of line equipment.- Preventative maintenance of line equipment and related machinery- Learn mechanics and functionality of all production equipment- Implementation and evolution of safety procedures and standard operating procedures- Keeps open communication between all department managers- Pursues continuous mechanical and managerial improvements- Supervising and motivating a team of workers- Work on all stations of production line to understand full equipment functionsIdeal candidate characteristics:- Mechanical experience and abilities- Multi-tasking abilities- Pride in work duties & completed tasks- Dependable & Reliable- A Positive can-do attitude- Cost conscientiousJob requirements: • Frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs. • Intermittent bending/stooping/reaching/crouching/walking • Intermediate mechanical & pneumatic knowledge/experience • Basic reading and writing skills • Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions • Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting all production line equipment associated with the process to prevent and/or correct mechanical and electrical breakdown • Candidates must meet minimum skill requirements, have the physical ability to perform work
Minimum Salary: 20 Maximum Salary: 30 Salary Unit: Hourly
