Business Office ManagerShift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Rate: $26.00 - $28.00/hour (depending on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to lead the financial and administrative operations within our skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions that support both our residents and staff.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing billing, collections, and resident trust accounts
Overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and month-end reporting
Supporting Medicaid/Medicare and insurance processes with accuracy and compliance
Supervising office staff and working closely with the Administrator and department heads
Serving as a key point of contact for resident and family financial questions
What You Bring:
Prior experience in a healthcare business office, preferably in long-term care
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
