Description
Overview
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role will own end-to-end architecture, provide technical leadership, and ensure the Salesforce platform is secure, performant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design
Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions
Define and enforce Salesforce architectural standards, governance, and integration patterns
Own data modeling, data sharing, security model strategies, and API design
Custom Development & Engineering
Develop high-quality Salesforce code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
Implement custom user interfaces using LWC and modern UI frameworks
Perform code reviews and enforce CI/CD and DevOps best practices
Platform Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams
Advise on Salesforce roadmap, scalability, and platform capabilities
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
Evaluate Salesforce releases and ensure proper testing, adoption, and rollout
Requirements
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience designing and developing on the Salesforce platform
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integrations
Experience leading technical teams and setting development standards
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management in Salesforce environments
