Job Title: Machine Operator – Medical Device Production
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Schedule: 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Compensation: $19.26 hour
Your Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, playing a vital role in the production of high-quality medical devices. This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility, support critical healthcare needs, and grow alongside a supportive team!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor sponging equipment for medical device manufacturing
Accurately feed sponges through automated machinery
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
Complete and maintain basic documentation
Promptly report any defects or equipment issues
Support other departments as business needs require
What You Bring:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting, especially with automated equipment
English proficiency (speak, read, write) for workplace conversation and documentation
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 20 lbs.
Comfortable operating/pulling a pallet jack
Flexibility to support occasional weekend overtime, as needed
Independent work style with minimal supervision required
Positive team player with a collaborative spirit
